My name is Ivan Camps, I am 44 years old, and I would de\ufb01ne myself as a very perfectionist.<\/span><\/p>

Well, my story starts one night while working. I felt a sharp pain in my back in the kidney area, I took medication and by the morning, I had dif\ufb01culty walking. I went to the emergency doctor and was diagnosed with sciatica. I went on vacation and started experiencing other symptoms… so I went to another doctor and was diagnosed with a medullary cavernoma that was bleeding. I had surgery and came out of the operating room without mobility in my legs, and that’s my story.<\/span><\/p>

First, you can’t work, and you have a lot of free time. You focus on doing a good rehabilitation and \ufb01nding activities to do: sports, projects, collaborating with foundations, giving talks…<\/span><\/p>

Before ABLE, I had already tried two exoskeleton models, and the truth is that I found it wonderful. Being able to stand up and walk was impressive. And then is when my interest in more projects like ABLE began.<\/span><\/p>

ABLE has many, many… and it’s potentially better than the others. You will be able to use it at home. Then it will adapt to many different types of patients in the hospital. The price <\/span>is… game-changing. Half compared to all the others. It is lighter than any model on the market too.<\/span><\/p>

I have tried the \ufb01rst ABLE model and all their evolutions, and this is the best I have tried. It cannot be improved more, it is incredibly good. I have noticed all the progress and work from the team, which nobody can imagine. And the result is great!<\/span><\/p>

Yes, it is important. When you leave the hospital, the \ufb01rst thing doctors tell you is that you have to stand up every day. You have more \ufb02exibility and less spasticity, but I think if you had it at home and used it every day or \ufb01ve\/six days a week, you would notice more changes.<\/span><\/p>

My perfect ABLE? A device that would adapt more to me, more dynamic to your body. A device that could go up and down stairs. That you could use all day, with a long-lasting battery. A device that helps you to live as you did before the injury.<\/span><\/p>
