{"id":37996,"date":"2020-08-01T16:40:08","date_gmt":"2020-08-01T14:40:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ablehumanmotion.com\/able-in-la-copes-radio-program-la-linterna\/"},"modified":"2024-08-07T10:19:12","modified_gmt":"2024-08-07T08:19:12","slug":"able-in-la-copes-radio-program-la-linterna__trashed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ablehumanmotion.com\/en\/able-in-la-copes-radio-program-la-linterna__trashed\/","title":{"rendered":"ABLE in La Cope&#8217;s radio program &#8220;La Linterna&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 23rd, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ablehumanmotion.com\/able-human-motion-team\/\">Alex Garcia, one of the ABLE Human Motion\u2019s co-founders<\/a>, participated in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cope.es\/programas\/la-linterna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"La Cope radio program \u201cLa Linterna\u201d (opens in a new tab)\">La Cope radio program \u201cLa Linterna\u201d<\/a> with the journalist \u00c1ngel Exp\u00f3sito.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex talked about the beginnings of ABLE, how we went from being a research group at the Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya to an startup that has obtained more than 2 million euros of funding, a product successfully tested on 14 people with spinal cord injury and collaborations with renowned hospitals around the world.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also commented that a clinical study with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ablehumanmotion.com\/able-exoskeleton\/\">the exoskeleton<\/a> will start in October in two reference hospitals, Institut Guttmann in Badalona and Heidelberg University Hospital (Germany).
