Cookies policy

Cookies are files that are installed on your computer by websites. They are tools with an important role when offering many services associated with today’s information society. Among others, they allow a website to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or his or her computer and, depending on the information obtained, can be used to recognise the user and improve the service offered.

Types of cookies

Depending on the body that manages the domain from which the cookies are sent and the data processed, two types can be distinguished: the body´s own cookies and third-party cookies.

There is also a second classification according to the period during which they remain stored in the client’s browser, which may be session cookies or persistent cookies.

Finally, there is another classification with five types of cookies according to the purpose for which the data obtained are processed: technical cookies, personalisation cookies, analysis cookies, advertising cookies and behavioural advertising cookies.

For more information, you can consult the Guide on the use of cookies from the Spanish Agency for Data Protection

Cookie used on the web

The following is a list of the cookies that are used on this website, along with details on their type and purpose:

ABLE Human Motion’s website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service developed by Google that allows the measurement and analysis of navigation on web pages. Your browser will have more detailed information on the cookies used in this service. Using the categories defined above, the cookies used on this website are own cookies, session cookies and analysis cookies. You will find more information on the subject and how to disable the use of these cookies at http://www.google.com/intl/en/analytics/privacyoverview.html.

Web analytics provides information on the number of users accessing the website, number of page views, frequency and repetition of visits, duration, browser used, operator providing the service, language, the terminal you use, or the city to which your IP address is assigned. Such information enables a better and more appropriate service by this portal.

Another of the cookies that are downloaded is a cookie type technical called PHPSESSID. It allows a unique identifier per session to be stored through which it is possible to link data necessary to enable browsing in progress.

Finally, our own technical and session type of cookie, called cookiespolicy, is downloaded. It manages the consent of the user for the use of cookies on the website, in order to remember the users who have accepted them and those who do not, so that the former are not shown information on this issue at the top of the page about it.
