Behind our first product, ABLE Exoskeleton, there’s our great professional, multicultural and multidisciplinary team working every day with the mission of seeking to improve mobility for everyone.
For this reason, we want to share with you a bit of our process of how we create the ABLE Exoskeleton given that, after receiving the CE Mark, the first ones leave ABLE to arrive at your clinic!
We work hard every day to bring advanced rehabilitation technology to all clinics to perform neurorehabilitation for people with spinal cord injuries. That´s why today we want to show you the process of the making of the ABLE Exoskeleton:
- Design the mechanic structure in CAD
- Finite element simulation
- Design of the electronic boards
- Program the device and app software
- Manufacturing all the parts with our suppliers
- Assembling (also in Barcelona)
- Final tests
- Pack the exoskeleton
- Send the exoskeleton
- Improve people’s lives one step at a time
